"To advance this strategy, we further deepened our collaboration with HYROX, 1 of the world's fastest growing hybrid endurance sports organizations through a new exclusive 3-year global partnership"
"Consumers are not choosing Amazfit solely for affordability. In March and April, our premium T Rex models priced at $3.99 USD and $549 accounted for nearly 50% of total T-Rex family unit sales."
"On memory, we expect higher memory costs to create near term pressure on gross margins. Driven by the industry-wide transition from DDR4 to DDR5 and high bandwidth memory."
Analyst Q&A 2
Launches and where to cut expenses
Q (Sid Rajeev · Fundamental Research Corp.): He asked if the company will launch about five more products this year (to reach ~9+ total) and where management can reduce costs. He also asked whether competitors are raising product prices and if Zepp might do the same.
A: Management said they will probably have more than 9 product launches and many launches are still coming. R&D rose year over year because of those launches but should come down toward the end of Q2 and into the second half; marketing was front-loaded into Q1/Q2 and G&A should step down into Q3 and Q4, aiming for a run rate around $30 million a quarter or lower. On pricing, they see competitors raising prices and think Zepp’s pricing is still relatively low with room to raise, but the focus remains on delivering the best product and experience rather than raising price.
"That I think in the end, we probably would have more than 9, but yeah, there are many new product launches are still on the way." — Leon Cheng Deng (CFO)
Q2 revenue guide and HYROX plan
Q (Frank Dugan · Brooks Investments): He asked for detail on the Q2 revenue guidance and the full-year profitability outlook. He also asked how Zepp will use the new 3-year HYROX partnership to drive long-term monetization.
A: For Q2, management gave a revenue range of 63 to 68 million, about 6% to 14% growth, and said timing or manufacturing slips could push some sales into Q3. They do not issue full-year guidance now but said the company targets profitable growth and expects 2026 full-year to be profitable versus 2025. On HYROX, they plan to deepen the relationship, make features work better for HYROX athletes (timing and race performance), and build brand authority so users choose Zepp when they become serious about specific sports.
"you we just mentioned it is actually between 63 to 68 million which is, roughly a growth of 6% to 14%." — Leon Cheng Deng (CFO)
