Liquidity plan after contracts expire

Robotaxi, autonomy and humanoids update
Q (Cantor Fitzgerald): He asked for an update on autonomy, robotaxis and humanoids and what key KPIs or catalysts investors should watch.
A: They showcased new robotaxi prototypes this month with new functions compared to last year and said they are adding sensors beyond camera vision, including LiDAR and radar. They said L4 is a future platform capability that needs data and continuous validation, and that fleet access via GSM accelerates learning; they announced a mass-scale pilot next year with about 20 different L4 robotaxi in the Vinhomes development in Vietnam. On robots, they are working with Vingroup robotic companies and some robots are already running in their Hai Phong plant performing tasks, with plans to expand to more complex procedures.
"And as you know, right, we announced that next year, we'll have a mass-scale pilot about 20 different L4 robotaxi in the Vinhomes development in Vietnam." — Chien Nguyen
Drivers of growth in Indonesia
Q (Steven Silver · Argus): He asked what is driving strong growth in Indonesia and which lessons from that rollout apply to other earlier-stage EV markets.
A: They said Indonesia is a top-tier priority and early focus paid off because the market is similar to Vietnam: large, growing, tech-savvy population with many entering the middle-income class and the vehicles have been well received. They use creative go-to-market strategies including GSM, the V-Green charging partner, free charging and battery subscription, and they focus on B2B and corporate fleet channels; Indonesia also has their second widest product offering including VF 3, VF 5, VF 6, VF e34, VF 7, Limo Green and VF MPV 7. They cautioned the market is competitive and it is important to watch moves by Chinese OEMs, Tesla and global OEMs.
"And you probably know that this is also the country that we have the second widest product offering, including the VF 3, VF 5, VF 6, VF e34, VF 7 and most recently, the Limo Green and VF MPV 7." — Chien Nguyen
Regions for growth and expansion

A: They said the focus will continue to be Vietnam, Southeast Asia and India, which they view as where organic growth and accelerated EV adoption will take place. They said they need better go-to-market strategies and better vehicles with improved technology at lower pricing, and they are exploring possible expansion in parts of the Americas and Europe with potential announcements in the coming quarter.
