Analyst Q&A 3
Margins, big orders, Gen 3 launch
Q (Jacob Stephan · Lake Street): He asked how gross margins should look in the second half. He also asked what shipped from the reserved large orders so far and the status of the Gen 3 product launch.
A: Management said gross margin should improve as revenue shifts toward turbo heater fans and other higher-margin products sold into builders and hotels. They are starting to supply some projects this quarter and will continue in Q4 and Q1 2027. For Gen 3, they have production samples testing well but are waiting on U.S., FCC and other code approvals before mass production, hopefully next quarter.

2026 unit target, SKY fan, licensing
Q (Joseph Gomes · NOBLE): He asked how confident they are to deploy 100,000 units in 2026. He also asked how the SKY fan is selling at Home Depot and other retailers, and for an update on the Eurofase licensing deal and whether more licenses may follow.
A: They expect to have 100,000 units in the market by the end of 2026 and strongly believe they will meet that goal. The SKY fan is showing encouraging signs even in low-demand summer months, and they plan smaller and larger turbo heater fan versions (smaller next quarter, bigger in Q4) to drive growth and margins. On licensing, the model exists to support standardization; Eurofase is a leading partner and management expects more licensing opportunities as projects and discussions grow.
"We are -- by the end of 2026, our expectations is that we'll have 100,000 units in the market." — Ran Kohen (FOUNDER)
Products for big projects; standards progress
Q (Jack Vander Aarde · Maxim Group): He asked which SKYX products will be used in the large projects (turbo heater fan, Gen 3, etc.). He also asked if there has been material progress on making the ceiling receptacle mandatory in standards.
A: They said those products are being discussed for the projects, and reminded that their razor-and-blade receptacle lets customers plug in lights, smart platforms, or ceiling fans, so all-in-one smart platforms will be in the portfolio for upcoming projects. On standardization, they said they see progress across safety organizations, have met ANSI/NEMA, NEC votes, and NFPA requirements, and the generic name WSCR exists, but the process is slow and there is no exact timetable.
"And again, to remind everyone, we have the razor-and-blade model." — Ran Kohen (FOUNDER)
