Ovarian combo, pancreatic impact, APHEXDA uptake
Q (John Vandermosten · Zacks): They asked how the GLIX1 plus PARP combination might be used in ovarian cancer and what line of therapy is appropriate. They also asked if the daraxonrasib approval changes plans for the pancreatic study and whether APHEXDA is gaining use in transplant centers given generics.
A: The GLIX1 plus PARP combo worked better than controls and was similar to cisplatin in the early model, but it is still too early and the company is discussing with key opinion leaders how to develop the combination clinically. On pancreatic cancer, management acknowledged the new approval could change the landscape but said they still see a role for motixafortide and CXCR4 inhibition and will wait for the interim/futility analysis before deciding. For APHEXDA, they cannot give much guidance because Ayrmid runs sales, generics were already present at launch, and changing transplant center practices takes time though they are optimistic.
